Story Quest Books is a small press established in 2011 with a focus on children’s books publishing and helping authors succeed in the publishing world.
Story Quest Books began as a way to create and produce picture books with wonderful new stories for children of all ages. Jo Ann Kairys, founder, paired her pioneering digital illustration techniques with her son’s passion and gift for storytelling. To date, they’ve produced 3 books and 1 book app about the timeless wonder and unfiltered imagination of childhood as experienced by real kids.
Story Quest’s newest book, I Want Cake! — to be released November 2015 — features real kids on a quest to find cake for breakfast in their multicultural, multilingual, multigenerational neighborhood.
